Cancellation, Returns & Replacement Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Customers may request a return instead.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
2. Returns
- Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
3. Replacement
- Replacement is offered only for defective or incorrect items received.
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- In case a replacement product is not available, a full refund will be provided.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer upon confirmation of return.
5. Exceptions
- Customized products, made-to-order items, or products used for industrial testing are not eligible for cancellation, return, or replacement unless defective.
- Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications void return/replacement eligibility.
